This past month has been so busy! I haven’t had a spare moment to update our blog. I don’t even know where to start….
On June 3rd we celebrated Noelle’s 2nd birthday. We had a VERY windy swimming party and picnic, complete with a caterpillar cupcakes!
Noelle had a great time opening her presents and playing with her neighborhood friends afterwards.
Then, on June 20th, Dave and I were married in a small ceremony and reception in our backyard with our families and closest friends present. It was such a special day, full of fun and memories. I can’t put into words how excited I am to finally be married to Dave and to continue our journey together.
That day was quite windy as well, but at least it wasn’t horribly hot, as Stockton can be. I am so grateful to all of those who helped put together such a beautiful event in a short time period and on a tight budget. My friend Katrina was a lifesaver!! She remembered every detail and planned as if it were her own special day. I will never be able to repay her for her kindness.
The food was delicious, the cake was totally amazing, and we got some awesome pictures!! Best of all we got to visit with family and friends we hadn’t seen in a while. Thank you all who traveled long distances to be with us. Here are some pictures of our beautiful day. Sorry there are so many! I couldn’t help myself!
